Front panels

We design the front panel of your gadget or you supply the design fitting your equipment yourself. There is almost no end to how we can realize your layout ideas. We will then print them directly onto the backside of a high quality, scratch proof and transparent membrane. By this procedure we guarantee permanent functioning also under difficult conditions.

Many different surface-structures, relief-like embossing, partial printing of display-windows with colour glaze or transparent windows in the membrane - there is a multitude of possibilities to customize your front panel to the eye or to the touch.

Are e. g. reflections on the front panel to be avoided, you can select among a number of matte surfaces. If your device is to gleam or shine in the dark, we can equip the front panel with different kinds of night design. By special membranes we also protect the front design from UV-radiation.

With devices, which must function perfectly in dirty environment, we use the front panel to cover up display elements or short-stroke keys. Even with one million switching cycles the membrane over the keys must not break. For this we select the right material. By using nanotechnology we can also prevent the membrane from getting dirty.

With highly sensitive devices as used e. g. in medical technology, the front panel must contribute to troublefree operating. For this we bring leading pastes, transparent lacquers or silver foil into the front panel as a screen against electromagnetic effects or static loading.
