ISO re-certification awarded!
Our company underwent successfully the re-certification audit pursuant to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2009 in November 2010. The new certificates confirm that our quality and environmental management system meets all applicable requirements.
Ever since our initial ISO certification in 1998, we have been striving to continuously improve quality and adapt to changes on the market. We, at Roos, are constantly working to ensure we have the necessary basis for the environmentally-friendly manufacture of our products. This includes avoiding or minimising the possible effects of our work on the environment.
Our goal for the future is to continuously improve our existing standards so that our customers can count on excellent product quality and environmentally-friendly manufacturing.

Reconstruction of damaged membrane keypads in short-run production
The failure of operating and input components in a functioning machine is always a nuisance and can lead to serious losses. Damage can be caused by short-circuits, wear or similar problems. It is in such cases often impossible to simply repair the control panel.
What should you do? Buy a new machine? No need: we have a simpler solution to this dilemma! Thanks to our long experience, we are able to use your data or faulty design to produce an entire new membrane keypad complete with membrane switches.
We can remedy all technical faults in membrane keypads as we have all components in stock. Top membrane layers and switches are produced in our plant on the basis of your specifications. The keypad graphics can be designed to suit your individual requirements. Keypads can be printed in a wide range of shapes and colours and fitted with various different snap domes to ensure the feel and layout is just how you want it. We are your one-stop-shop for all the parts and services you need - and there is an added benefit: replacement membranes can be customised, in other words we can take account of your desired design in reconstruction.

A photo-realistic print - Screen-print-FM-raster image technology up to 1270 dpi
The optimized FM-raster image technology provides a unique and improved grid structure, combines the excellent advantages of conventional raster techniques and allows for a high photo-realistic reproduction of the picture.
Unlike the amplitude-modulated screening, which presents equal dot-distance but different dot-size, shows the FM-raster image the constant dot-size. The raster points are distributed arbitrary by a numerical algorithm and the brightness is steered by the number of points.
This allows a printing without a moiré effect and low print thickness. This type of screening permits photo-like image with a better detail reproduction result. The FM-screening is recommended for products with great emphasis on detailed picture-representation.
