Membrane keypads

High quality from Southern Germany

We do not supply standard membrane keypads. We are speciallized in membrane keypads manufactured individually according to clients' requests, produced in a smaller to middle number of items in Southern Germany. Thereby we are focussed on highest quality, maintenance-free operation and reliability in operation and function. Of course we meet all quality requirements of the German Industry Norm (DIN).

Touch and looks

Our membrane keypads can be equipped with keys in various forms and with different pressure points, so you get the tactile action feeling that meets your conceptions. We use keys that are lense-shaped, rounded, oval, angular, with bulges for precise finger guidance in darkness, likewise keys with printed-on symbols or Braille, with or without metal dome or with special dome embossing.

We offer illuminated keypads for nightdesign applications, robust surfaces for use under difficult circumstances, disinfectionable and antibacterial for medical purposes.

If your input system should require a touchscreen, we will find exactly the right one for your purposes and we will integrate it in such a way that the device's front surface will remain closed and sealed. Thus it is less susceptible to contamination and other damaging environmental influences.

Mechanics and electronics

The key takes up the pressure of the finger mechanically and passes the impulse on electronically. E. g. over conductive silver on foil or via gilded contacts over a printed circuit board. We integrate freely programmable or also standard interfaces, EMV-screen (also over display windows), solder LEDs in or glue them into flexible circuits.
